code2.jpg

This is an exercise code for the students to work in small groups to figure out the exercise or tasks . Each letter has a keyboard symbol that matches  it. The students are given a task/code sheet , then have to find out the secret exercise or fitness activity. They work together within the small groups as   a "team" .
Look at the alphabet letter , and beneath that letter is the symbol . On the task sheet , write down the letter and execute the task the number of times  as noted.  As an alternative make more sheets so the students have different "codes to break ." Include a time limit , then the next time  try to beat a previous performance.
{ in the third task , the symbols should be the * asterick after the + symbol , not the ^ symbol and also the next ^ should be an  *asterick , too } so that it spells out , catch a ball}
